Default run three screens (onboard+external card) possible or not? - 08-24-2017, 08:32 AM

I have the MSI H61M-P20 (g3) with Intel G2120 CPU and I'm using both outputs (VGA, DVI-D) to run two screens. But, I need to connect a third screen so here it comes my question:

Can this mobo run both the onboard video and a external video card (pci-express)? I've ask some peoples from PC parts stores but all of them told me that the BIOS will automatically disable my onboard video card when I will connect the external one.
I have read something about IGD and multi-monitor option in BIOS but I'm not sure about it and I don't wanna waste my money on a video card if it's not gonna work.

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
